Hire, train and assist team members to answer phone and internet requests for auto prices and availability, schedule appointments for customers to meet with our dealership's sales team, and service appointments for auto repairs and maintenance and more. Responsibilities - Automotive BDC Call Center Manager:
- Hire, train, and manage a successful business development call center team
- Train and assist team to respond to internet and phone requests for auto prices and availability, schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team and service appointments for auto maintenance and repairs and more.
- Meet or exceed performance goals set by the company in relation to appointments set, appointments that show and are sold, and more
- Manage employee schedules and time clock reporting for payroll
- Utilize CRM and lead management tools
- Contribute to high CSI scores
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications - Automotive BDC Call Center Manager:
- Auto Dealership BDC Experience is preferred
- Sales management experience, goal driven and motivated to succeed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Enthusiastic personality
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
