The Medical Lab Director will lead a Laboratory Manager, a Laboratory Supervisor, and multiple Lab Techs in their efforts to provide high quality services to each patient. This facility is a world renowned Critical Access facility known for their quality patient care. This facility goes through extensive survey and research yearly to keep their great accreditation while also being certified by the College of American Pathologists (CAP).
There is much responsibility for the Medical Lab Director while on site. With that being said, 4+ years of experience in a Medical Lab as well as a minimum of 2 years in a management role is very important.
