Opportunity Overview 

The Product Engineer will develop sensor integration packages using software technologies and knowledge of physics for analysis equipment that drives smarter manufacturing in semi, display, pharma, optical, environmental and other adjacent markets. They will need to develop test plans to validate hardware / software interaction and capability. Create professional technical documentation including best-known methods and application notes, for internal and external use. Provide direct technical support to customers and internal personnel. Continuously drives improvement in existing products while determining the feasibility, desirability, and viability of new solutions. Leads cross-functional teams to engage with critical stakeholders to uncover and validate market needs. Applies creativity and optimism to problem solving and technical hurdles.

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sciences
  • 5+ years system control and engineering experience and product technical support
  • Experience writing API based software in Python, Matlab or related program
  • Experienced in controls engineering or software integration engineering, -
  • Motivated by cross team collaboration & customer interaction 
  • Direct customer interaction that requires global travel (up to 15%).
