The Regional Recruiter role requires a proven track record in regional, high volume, on-line and on-site recruiting. The function of this role is to identify qualified candidates and manage the process from position approval through to successful integration into Equipment Depot. The Regional Recruiter implements strategies to source qualified and diverse candidates to meet position requirements from internal, external, and/or referral candidate pools. In addition, the Regional Recruiter manages the talent acquisition process and ensures compliance with government regulations regarding employment.
The role will serve as a primary source of staffing and talent acquisition strategy advice, consultation, and education to line management on talent acquisition best practice within the Eastern Region.  Regional responsibilities to cover branch locations throughout: Ohio, Northern Kentucky, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. 
The successful candidate will build relationships and work closely with Hiring Managers to help determine sourcing strategy, obtain position requirements and compensation as well as ensuring that job descriptions are updated and discuss job behavioral profile.

Essential Functions Statement(s) 
    Support the Recruiting Manager in the implementation of recruitment objectives, policies, and procedures
    Assist and coordinate in preparation of manpower plan & accordingly prepare monitor and control, an efficient recruitment plan.
    Receive and review all the job applications for assigned vacancies within designated region.
    Specific recruitment processing tasks include: short listing candidate resumes against job descriptions, updating vacancy and applicant status within the recruitment procedure, organizing interviews and producing interview schedules, liaising with applicants to provide updates on their progress etc.
    Proactively plan and manage recruitment for all positions within the relevant departments; including managing attraction campaigns and candidate sourcing, short listing candidates, skills & personality testing, behavioral interview assessment with line manager and offer negotiation.
    Arrange for test & interview appointments with candidates 
    Promote best recruitment practice, share ideas and information to ensure consistency through a value added services.
    Seek out and manage recruitment suppliers; and ensure they deliver a consistent quality & cost efficient service to the business.
    Manage vacancy and candidate records on software and, ensuring that all data and information is accurate and up to date.
    Utilize online recruitment services to attract and source applicants.
    Generate monthly reporting
    Schedule and arrange interviews by calling or emailing candidates
    Keep records of candidate interviews and give status reports to Hiring Managers
    Post job openings to both internal and external job search websites
    Assists Recruiting Manager in maintaining applicant tracking system, and offering up ideas for improvement of system
    Assist in identifying sources for qualified candidates
    Conduct initial phone screenings
    Responsible for overall candidate management
    Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs as they relate to recruitment
    Attends local job fairs and related recruiting events
    Consistently maintain and updated regional open jobs report 
    Assists Recruiting Manager and HR Business Partners as needed.


Educational Background:
The ideal candidate has a degree in Human Resource Management or in a relevant related domain; a business degree, e.g. BA, or strong industry experience would be a strong asset.

Professional Experience:
A proven track record (minimum of 2-3 years experience) in a fast paced, high-volume on-line and on-site based regionalized talent acquisition environment within a global organization. Extensive interviewing and sourcing experience is a key requirement.

Computer Skills: 
Microsoft Office Suite, and some human resource/applicant tracking systems
