Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:
- Responsible for meeting new customers every day
- Helping customers select a vehicle
- Reviewing the features and benefits of the vehicle with the customer
- Negotiating and finishing the transaction
- Prospecting for new customers
- Following up with sold and unsold customers
- Learning about our products
Requirements - Sales Consultant:
- Prior automotive sales experience is not necessary. Great salespeople have come from different backgrounds: Industrial or manufacturing sales, retail sales, insurance sales, or rental car associates, to name a few.
- Ability to present our product and close customers
- Must to be driven with a positive attitude
- Represent the dealership well to our loyal customer base
- Valid & clean driver license record
- Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
