SALARY:

St. Louis, MO: $78,400 - $88,200

New York City, NY: $94,000 - $105,750

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Integrations Manager will be responsible for bringing business requirements to life through deep partnership with BeerTech or 3rd party solutions. It is this individual's job to identify solutions to solve a problem and bring recommendations to the Product Owner. Day to day, the Integrations Manager is critical to maximizing sprint delivery, leading testing plans before implementation, and developing support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop strategic technologies in close partnership with business stakeholders, Category & Trade Tech Product Owners, & development teams
  • Identify dependencies between other teams or data and create plans to build, test, and implement cross-product solutions
  • Lead development teams use agile methodology and scrum practices
  • Ensure all epics and tasks are entered into Azure Dev Ops in the backlog with prioritization with the help of our business partners
  • Maintain Azure Dev Ops Projects/Teams/Boards for sprint cadences
  • Lead and facilitate all daily stand ups, grooming sessions, sprint planning sessions with all teams
  • Helping the team agree on what can be achieved during each development sprint
  • Help the product owner and development teams achieve customer satisfaction by defining success criteria & set MVP expectations
  • Help product owner/business partners translate user stories, epics, business requirements, tech requirements into actionable tasks that can be put into sprints
  • Delegating tasks appropriately and making sure the right tasks are being worked on and making sure the team is fully deployed and not idle; removing impediments when needed
  • Manage project budgets, forecast costs monthly in Anaplan, write/route SOWs in partnership with Tech Procurement

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, communications or a related field
  • Experience successfully working with vendors & managing stakeholders
  • Technical mindset that would allow them to translate business requirements into technical requirements for dev teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, & problem-solving skills
  • Curious, continuous learning mindset as they would need to learn scrum/agile principles & learn about new areas of the business
  • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
  • Ability to work with and lead a team
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
